On Vimads you have over 4000 different categories to choose from. You can advertise anything from houses and cars to toys, jobs and services.

You can place your banner in the exact category it has been designed for. This enables you to attract and pinpoint the particular customers and market that are interested.

There are four different locations you can place a banner ad.

The first location is:

Running horizontally along the top of each page, just under the

Vimads logo.

The size of this banner space is: 468x60.

This space is designed to be the first thing the viewer sees

when entering the page.

The following banners run down the right hand side of the page one after the other.

The second location is: Running vertically down the right hand side of each page.

The size of this banner space is: Width 120 x Length -

a maximum of 600

The third location is: Running vertically down the right hand side of each page.

The size of this banner space is: Width 120 x Length -

a maximum of 600

The forth location is: Running vertically down the right hand side of each page.

The size of this banner space is: Width 120 x Length -

a maximum of 600

How to place a banner ad:

On the top right hand side of any Vimads page, click onto the ‘advertising’ button.

Fill in the required fields.

Then decide if you want to have a banner image or if you want to put in a banner code.

You can only select to do one or the other.

Then fill in the banner link (banner link - is when somebody clicks on your banner and is navigated to that URL).

Fill in your email address.

Select the length of time you want your banner to run for.

Decide if you want your ad to be displayed at the top of the page or on the right hand side.

Then select which category and which page you want your ad to feature.

Click the ‘add to cart’ button.

Your banner will now go into your banner cart and you can add as many banners to your cart as you like.

Payment methods:

Vimads only accepts online payments.

Card payments are made using secure online methods.

All banner adverts will be checked and reviewed before going online.

The review process may take up to 48 hours.

If there are any discrepancies with your ad, it will be rejected.

In such cases where a banner ad is rejected, a 5 pound admin charge will apply.

'Discrepancies' are anything deemed to be inappropriate such as indecent Adult content.
